SERVICES & FEES
*All services and fees are in adherence to the Georgia notarial law outlined by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA) Georgia Notary Handbook.
*Georgia notarial law requires the participation and presence of a licensed Georgia Attorney for real estate transactions for properties located within the state of Georgia.

General Notary Signings (includes mobile fee ONLY, does not include printing, scanbacks or courier services)
Statesboro (within city limits) - $30 mobile fee, plus $2 per stamp/notarial act
Bulloch County (outside of city limits) - $40 mobile fee, plus $2 per stamp/notarial act
Surrounding Counties - $50 mobile fee, plus $2 per stamp/notarial act
Specialty Notary Signings (signing service rate to include mobile fees, printing, processing, scanbacks and courier services)
$75 per hour, $2 per stamp/notarial act will be itemized

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
-All signers on the document must be present with a valid, state-approved form of ID.
-Signers must sign documents in the presence of the notary.
-When re-signs, missed and rescheduled appointments occur at no fault of the notary, scheduling companies are subject to a fee totaling 1/2 of the original signing fee or an appearance/no-show fee (whichever is greater).
-Notary will collect missed signatures at no additional cost to the signer or signing service if caused due to a notary error.
